You can now securely schedule your follow up appointments through the patient fusion online scheduler!
New Patients or patients switching providers cannot book through the online patient fusion scheduler. These patients should call 617-830-1644 and speak to our Practice Manager or CLICK THE BUTTON BELOW. Otherwise scroll down to find your provider’s schedule link below.
Please note: IF YOU REQUEST MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT CANCELLING THE OTHER, ALL OF YOUR APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CANCELLED and/or you will be charged a no-show fee. Make sure you have only one appointment scheduled at a time unless this has been specifically discussed with your clinician. To notify us of any accidental error call 617-830-1644. Patient’s may not save multiple appointment spots without advanced permission from their provider. This is done to ensure all patients have the opportunity to schedule within the time frame requested by their provider.
